Hello there, I want to talk with you about what to eat when pregnant. My name is Karen Phoenix and I’m a nutritional and fitness coach and I have recently given birth to my beautiful son. During my pregnancy,
I discovered how to not gain an unhealthy amount of weight, and have a healthy and happy baby. What I discovered about what to eat when pregnant can help you have a wonderful and stress free pregnancy without gaining the usual fat that almost all women suffer from. These principles are ease, effective, and safe.
What I want to tell you works. I have proven it with myself during my own pregnancy. Also it worked with my own clients that wanted me to show them what to eat when pregnant.
This process is actually really easy to use. Just follow these three magic principles.
1. Discover All The Good Foods To Eat
There are certain foods that you will want to eat that will give the best nourishment for your baby while not packing on the bad pregnancy fat. These foods will not give you all that extra weight even if you eat allot of them. What are the best foods to eat? Mostly foods that only have one ingredient like: chicken, steak, veggies, fruits, rice, eggs, butter, bacon,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.
Did you know that the fat contained in egg yolk are the best for helping to develop your baby’s brain. Coconut oil is wonderful for eliminating pregnancy fatigue. There are many more of these foods.
2. Discover All The Foods That Are Unhealthy.
You need to learn what foods can cause you to gain an unhealthy amount of weight and that are also dangerous to your baby. Of course you already know that all the cakes, cookies and sugars are bad, but there are also lots of other foods to keep away from.
Even foods marked as healthy for you like soy products. Soy affects your thyroid and also disrupts your normal hormone levels. You should also keep away from dairy products. They are filled with hormones and antibiotics. Now don’t be concerned about your calcium, you can get all the calcium you need from green veggies and almonds. And most importantly, keep away from any foods that include lots of chemicals and preservatives.
3. Discover How To Combine These Foods
Learning what to eat when pregnant and combining the right kinds of foods in such a way will fight fatigue, morning sickness, and other crappy pregnancy symptoms. Every meal should at least have specific fats, protein, and the right kind of carbs.
